Ingredients
- .5 pound Filet mignon de Boeuf
- 2 tbsp. horseradish
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 2 tbsp. capers
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Strain capers and cook in olive oil 4-minutes,
- Do not skip this step it’s delicious
- Put the filet mignon in the freezer it will slice better and cut it very thin and bang it with the bottom of a saucepan (You can also ask your butcher to slice it for you)
- Remove the horseradish water if it is in a pot and mix it with the mayonnaise
- Serve carpaccio with horseradish mayo and Parmesan cheese on top. Add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar if served with salad.
